10,000 Suns is a recording of Sanskrit mantras and spoken word poetry in the tradition of the Indian poet-saints. The eclectic arrangements feature deep grooves, uplifting rhythms and sweet harmonies, referencing soul, funk, Hindustani classical music and the spiritual folk music of the 1970s. Eastern instruments such as sitar, bansuri flute, harmonium, tabla and tamboura embellish the sound, built on a foundation of acoustic and electric guitar, drums and bass.

Saul David Raye is an internationally acclaimed teacher, healer and spiritual activist known for his empowering and transformational approach to yoga, healing and spirituality. A pioneering and inspiring presence in Yoga’s evolution in the west, Saul’s authentic and heart-centered teaching has influenced thousands of students and teachers around the world.
